Welcome to Our First Ever End of Summer Carnival Bash!
Join us at the LeClaire Bandshell in Davenport Iowa! Uplifting Caregivers Association will be hosting live music, vendors, food trucks, petting zoo, bounce houses, beer tent, games, prizes and more!
